Biography
I believe people can heal in different ways and I make no judgments about your chosen path. I am here to support you in your journey to become a more complete, more satisfied, and more powerful person. My modern approach to therapy takes into account the larger forces that we have to deal with on a day to day basis. I acknowledge these huge, systemic forces so that therapy can be more effective and lasting. I work from a Psychodynamic and Systemic framework, but my authenticity and honesty is offered above all else.
The world is out of balance but that doesn’t mean that you have to be. If you’re feeling lost, hopeless, angry, or unhappy, I’d love to work with you. My job is to create a space without judgement or shame where healing can occur. In this space I’ll help you to become the next version of yourself; more confident, more powerful, and more satisfied.
